Whenever you run into problems, the best way to a speedy resolution is to send a Support Package through the V-One application.
To submit a package:
- Open the V-One software, and ensure the V-One is powered on and connected.
- Click the ENVELOPE ICON in the top right corner of the app:
- Enter your name, email address, and a clear description of the problem and the steps you followed before encountering the problem.
- Check the box to include your gerber files.
- Click SEND PACKAGE.
